CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with a specialty in Lathe operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating both 2 Axis and 3 Axis CNC Turning machines. This role involves not only the technical aspects of machine operation but also adherence to our stringent quality and safety standards.
Swiss Set-Up Machinist
Helix Linear Technologies is looking for a skilled Swiss Set-Up Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team! If you have expertise in setting up and operating Swiss-style CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring top-quality production, we want to hear from you! Prior experience with Swiss-style CNC machining, programming, and setup is a must. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.
Swiss CNC Applications Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on Swiss CNC Applications Engineer to lead the charge on our Citizen Swiss lathe operations in our clean, climate-controlled Beachwood, OH facility. This full-time, on-site role gives you the opportunity to make a direct impact in the aerospace, medical, and advanced automation sectors. You’ll troubleshoot complex machining challenges, coach operators, develop new processes, and program tight-tolerance components using PartMaker.
Director of Sales
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director, Sales will lead Helix’s commercial team, managing six territory managers and supporting an annual revenue target of $16M in 2025, on a track to $40M by 2031. Your primary responsibilities include growing new customer relationships, strengthening key accounts, improving distributor performance, and ensuring your team has the tools, training, and accountability to win.
This role is not about being the top seller, it’s about building and scaling a team that delivers. You’ll coach technical salespeople, drive execution, and serve as a critical link between customers and internal teams. While overall sales strategy lives with the CEO, you’ll collaborate closely and help shape how that strategy is carried out in the field.
Recruiter Specialist
Helix Linear Technologies a manufacturer of Precision Lead Screws and Actuators located in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to support the HR Manager. This individual must be detail-oriented, highly organized, deadline-conscious, and able to react with changing work assignments in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should possess a passion for recruiting and ability to interact professionally and personably with staff.
Responsibilities:
• Primarily recruiting and resume screening.
• Present resumes to Manager recruiting for position(s).
• Schedule interviews with candidate.
• Post job ads to all job boards.
• Maintain and update the company’s inventory of job descriptions.
• Assist with employee on-boarding activities as needed.
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 -year college degree preferably in HR or equivalent 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication and collaboration tools (i.e. Linked In, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake etc.) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external people.
• Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member. Take direction, receive feedback, and execute accordingly
• The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
