This role is first shift and involves setting up and operating 2 Axis and 3 Axis CNC Turning machines, programming them to meet specific requirements, and ensuring high-quality output by performing regular inspections and de-burring as necessary. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, proficiency in operating 3 Axis CNC machines, and the ability to read technical blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, experience with Haas CNC machinery, and CNC Milling experience. 

This role is responsible for handling incoming shipments and deliveries, verifying products against packing slips, and ensuring timely entry of materials into the manufacturing software system. The role involves comparing identifying information, unpacking and examining shipments, using software to manage inventory, assembling containers, and processing both domestic and international shipments with UPS, FedEx, and DHL software. Candidates should have one to three years of shipping/receiving experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems. The ability to multitask, operate cranes and material handling equipment, and possess strong communication skills are essential.

This role involves planning machining operations by studying blueprints and work orders, managing stock inventory, programming Swiss machines, and maintaining equipment and safety standards. Essential tasks include lifting stock, verifying settings, performing machining operations, troubleshooting, and documenting actions. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 5 to 10 years of Swiss Machining experience, strong math skills, and the ability to read blueprints and measuring devices.
